RE: fatebringer, i believe explosive payload causing firefly not to proc has been fixed. I'm not even sure it was a problem in D2 to begin with?
wtf, I use the sojou tale mainly for pve, with frenzy and auto loading, if frenzy wasn't nerfed, this might be doing more damage then the first and last out, but is still very good, because you can use this weapon on other enemies with either red or yellow health bars, and still be doing a lot of damage such as vorpal with its 15% buff.
I got fatebringer with extended barrel, accurate rounds, explosive payload, opening shot, stability MW. So crispy in PvP
Honestly I feel wrath is a better SMG lol for PvE and PvP I have t heard anything about the future war cult one I mean if your incapable of getting it the future war cult smg would be a good replacement
One thing you forgot to mention about Stochastic Variable is that it can be turned into a precision frame SMG while still being a lightweight frame through the magazine perk Phase Magazine. It lowers the rate of fire to that of a precision frame 🙂

Okay I wanted to address this because apparently it’s not being understood. Sure overflow is good, but the main strong suit for a weapon with overflow is the point to add clear, 21 delirium was an amazing example of this and even palindrome. The fact that hazen rolls with this does not highlight the fact that Overflow on hazen vengeance is not that easy to set up on higher difficulty content and even before dog on raids/dungeons. I realized he completed threw clown cartridge out the window on a built in tracking rocket like royal entry..saying that hazen is this monster rocket launcher compared to something better in my eyes and way easier to set up being royal entry from last season I was quite confused because u actually have to worry about hitting your rockets in the middle of a damage phase. Here’s why the overflow roll has its flaws ..1. It can’t auto track like royal entry can and requires a perk slot to do so, and 2. You need to run over heavy or special to trigger overfunded compared to clown cartridge when all you would have to do is shoot a single rocket and get 2 guaranteed till you run out off ammo. Personally rewind rounds on a rocket launcher instead of overflow would of been an s tier pick in my eyes because let’s be honest it’s would be a pain to set up a bunch a special bricks and heavy before damaging a grandmaster difficulty boss before damage not to mention not all bosses are one phaseable.. I said what I said.

A really good combo with the hezen vengance is using a special GL with Brach and Clear given you HV has impulse amplifier and timed payload so you can, hit a rocket, hit a granade and have it RELOAD YOUR HEZEN VENGANZE PLUS THE EXTRA DAMAGE, so you can shoot 2 rocket in a row while applying the debuff before the first rocket explodes and it will last long enough for both rockets to deal bonus damage since they will pop at almost the same time depending on how fast you proc breach and clear.

Great overview. Wish I was able to get some of those raid weapons but plenty of non raid options. I didn’t think I was going to like ignition code as much as I do but it’s lots of fun even without slide (though I’m sure I’ll get one with that at some point lol).
The future war cult smg can roll with a perk to make it a 600 rpm, I’ve got two rolls with this and has become one of my favs
Still have yet to get a good Empty Vessel. I have a good Fatebringer for the time being, but I’ll be going for a lot of different rolls on it. Hezen Vengeance is a great rocket. I wish Vision did just a little more damage. As for Found Verdict, I want Rewind Rounds + One-Two Punch, but I’m a PvE main. I think Corrective Measure is one of the best Machine Guns we’ve ever gotten. Subsistence + Thresh/One for All is a slept on MG roll.
