This is massive BULLSH$T! I hate they are capping weapons now. I've used my God rolled subtle calamity for TWO years. It has got me through material SOLO I normally wouldnt have. And they keep arsenics bite though seriously. I'm pissed!
Breachlight is also a exellent kinetic 2 burst sidearm that can be aquired from umbral engrams and can roll with outaw rampage

That is only the god role for PvE tho my friend. Tap the trigger/zen moment paired with kill clip is the PvP god role in most people’s opinions
150 hand cannons are being turned into 140’s by the words of Sir D therefore giving the 140’s a buff is also happening

4. last hope (feeding freenzy – rampage/multikill clip/firefly) don't sleep on firefly guardians
3. seventh seraph smg (ambitious assassin – feeding freenzy/firefly)

Hey guys, I recently found a cool blue rarity void secondary, its called dissonance 34 and you can get it from collections. I just wanted to share and get feedback as to whether I should add it to my perm loadout
