it s warlocks universe……. with stasis now crucible is crap, they MUST nerf stasis again for all classes
Every video contains an exotic like the travellers chosen, that I haven’t got and can’t get….
This video is extremely misleading regarding the way the stasis warlock works.
The melee does NOT track, it has a tiny blast radius that you were using to freeze the enemies, it is seen throughout the video.
The melee and the icebolt grenades both only freeze for 1.25 seconds, so you can't really 'emote and reload' on someone in that way.
The build is nasty, don't get me wrong, but don't be misleading with the information please.
Craziest part is 2 of the fragments aren't even doing anything for this build. Shards doesn't proc on frozen enemies (the only way warlock can use it is glacier grenade or salvation's grip) and the only way warlocks can slow or have lingering effects for durance is the duskfield grenade. Gonna get even crazier once they release more fragments that warlocks can use with the coldsnap grenade.

As a pvp player (2 years of playing 90 % percent of my Destiny time pvp) I quit this shit because of stasis, Fellwinter sweats and fckd up matchmaking. Doing pvp only for bounties. Enjoying pve content much more right now.

Okay so two things. Firstly I am not a warlock player because I’m not a fucking nerd, but I would want an actual warlock mains opinion on the above freeze cheese build as apposed to say, celestial fire or handheld super nova or the various bolt grenades. Secondly as a Titan player I don’t think behemoths is that great in crucible, it’s not terrible mind you, but it isn’t quite my cup of tea. Moreover I haven’t played since last weeks reset so many shit has hit the fan in the last couple days but I haven’t dealt with being super mega frozen since the nerfs. Yeah people are still playin shadebinder but it’s not as bad as it was.
I think the whole “freeze op” thing is all psychological. Think about it, yeah being frozen is frustrating because it feels like there is nothing you can do. But if someone rounds a corner and vaporizes you with one of the handful of one shot class abilities or snipes your from the opposite end of the map you also have very little counter to that, at least in the moment, also for when trials comes back the fact that you can call out that your frozen and your term can unfreeze you with their weapons will probably be a vital bit of game sense for the five people who remember you can do that.
Does the whisper of durance affect freezing time or only the slowed time?

Stasis isnt that hard to play against. I havent gotten frozen other than in day 1 as well as from supers. Stasis brings back good habits for every fps where destiny undid.
Its darkness isnt fair it's not meant to be fair how do you think the other darkness subclasses are going to be what I think the next darkness subclasses is going to be corruption which my Hope's are they bring back the touch of malice exotic scout rifle from destiny 1 with corruption element on it they would be awesome

Yep destiny is now dead. Im out fuck this broken shit crucible isn't even fun now. Every match im apart of is either me mercy ruling the other team or them mercy rule them. Ive never had a match end without a mercy rule since stasis. That isn't balance, its bungie out of ideas on how to progress the game.
