Apparently the new Variks Sabotage Missions don't show up for everybody right away. I'm pretty sure you HAVE to complete the new Exo Stranger Quest "A Hard Rain Falls" first. This should unlock the new Sabotage Quest for you at Variks! Reply

Completing the High Albedo sidearm quest gave me more sabotages
