Was using a Subsistence/Rampage till I got a Outlaw/Frenzy…Frenzy is hands down the way to go! Need a Zen or Overflow version now.

Surplus and Frenzy is ridiculous. Throw an smg loader on and targetting will help you ads faster if that is an issue. I would like to know how surplus works with Armamentarium, Shinobu's and Ahamkara's.

FML lol so many umbrals I have decrypted and I’ve only ever got 5 extraordinary rendition and they were all crap rolls.
Is there a way to ensure you get better rolls?? Really want outlaw/overflow with frenzy but I haven’t been lucky to get one
