On December 5th, 2020, the Legendary Lost Sector is in the Perdition legendary lost sector. The exotic available are Exotic HELMETS. Go get your DAWN CHORUS, PRECIOUS SCARS & MASK OF BAKRIS.

In this lost sector, you’re gonna run into Barrier Hobgoblins and Overload Minotaurs. The recommended power level is 1250, so you should be as close to this as possible, but it’s still pretty doable if you’re 20 levels under.

In the perdition legendary lost sector, you take extra damage from any arc damage and while you’re in the air in the destiny 2 perdition lost sector. This makes many of the arc weapons really dangerous and the arc energy on the floor that enemies drop when they die can end you if you spend much longer than a second in it. In destiny 2 perdition lost sector, Void damage you deal and receive is also 50% stronger in destiny 2 perdition, so the more powerful Hydras as well as the Overload Minotaurs with their void cannons are gonna do a lot of damage to you.

The recommended loadout for perdition lost sector is a kinetic Scout, ARC SMG or Pulse and a void heavy weapon – like an lmg, linear fusion(or heavy launcher if you’re feeling risky/aggressive). Make sure to put Overload Scout and Anti Barrier SMG/Pulse on your gloves before starting destiny 2 perdition.

Do NOT run Overload Autos in perdition lost sector! The number of auto rounds you need to land in a row to proc the overload is a headache with how much the Overload Minotaur teleports around. Don’t even bother in destiny 2 legendary lost sectors.

You can also run this season’s mods on your class item called Surge Eater and Thermal Overload in this destiny 2 legendary lost sector. This combo disrupts overload champions if you damage them with a solar or stasis gr3nade and when you disrupt the champion, you get your gr3nade back. This combo lets you use your gr3nade to stun and then get your gr3nade back instantly.

Once you finally get to the final boss room, you don’t need to go inside the room and defeat enemies, just the couple enemies that are already in there to spawn the boss. Then, just hang back in the entrance of the room because getting too close to the boss and enemies will be difficult. The boss can still hit you with it’s void splash damage. You’re perfectly fine to just hang back and snipe the boss down with your heavy.

  1. Here's a little tip for anyone still having trouble with this lost sector.. I ran it using a Night Watch scout rifle, Jian 7 arc pulse rifle, and Xenophage on a Voidwalker warlock. My Jian 7 pulse made short work of the shielded Harpy's because of disruption break. Break their shields with the pulse and then scout them in 2-3 hits. Using Xenophage with spoils of war finishers made this go SO much faster. Even if you don't have Xenophage, Lament works extremely well too and it's an easily accessible exotic to unlock. Night Watch and Jian 7 are world drops and are easily accessible as well. Do strikes, turn in tokens, and opening rank up packages will nab you those in no time! Good luck and enjoy your new Dawn Chorus (that took me 7 runs to get lol).

I was having the hardest time with this Lost Sector was trying everything in these vids then decided to go through my vault find some guns that never get mentioned that I think would be great i went with my Cold Denial for barrier rounds the exotic arc scout rifle Symmetry for overload rounds & a Bad Omens heavy for the void & used my stasis Hunter & cleared it first try & it was my first ever clear of this Lost Sector at 1250 & got the Mask of Bakris super stoked

  3. I personally run a scout, ikelos smg(with anti barrier) and lament. You'll need to run stasis with dusk field grenades for it to work . You'll also need thermal overload and surge eater on your class item. So what you do is pop a grenade on a champion then lament them. It shreds champions easily. Its easier if you kill the hydra at the start of the encounter. Just pop your duskfield grenade which will freeze the hydra then just lament combo it.

  4. Not bad but dude Witherhoard, Jian 7 pulse (anti-b) and new raid machine gun or whatever your comfy with on Stasis/solar = 5 min easy. With the grenade combo you don’t even need an overload weapon 😉 Flawless mind you

  5. Hard Light is my favorite. On my Warlock, got that helmet on first try. Also got Titan's on first try. Hunter's took me 7-10 tries (lost the count). Now, I'm waiting for the Legend ones that comes with the Gauntlet armors.
