This vignette went into production when we started working from home. Mocap was created in my garage (I was the mocap performer) using xSens mocap technology. Animation was extracted and polished while working from home as well.
All of this content is modular, meaning the entire performance is pieced together using smaller clips. This helps with pivots or fine tuning the timing of the performances in Bungies proprietary Timeline Editor.
For this vignette, Ana uses 22 unique clips and Exo Stranger uses 22 unique clips. These clips include idles, transitions, posebreaks and gestures.
This was easily my favorite vignette to create in this release. Showing drama through performance is super fun and challenging.
