I still think in the end that traveler is evil or will turn on us. Or that something is inside it the whole time. How awesome would it be to find out the one thing that we protected for almost a decade is evil

the final shape is death. non-existence. never to be made into anything except eternal void. the witness seeks to destroy the universe, turning everything into one shape, the same shape, the only shape that matters. in death all things are unified, symmetrical.
the opposite of the dark is the light, chaotic and full of life. asymmetrical, blooming in all directions. no unity, no perfection. we see uniformity in the pyramids, but the traveler is the polar opposite. jagged edges, imperfections. in root of nightmares we see the aftermath of the light and we see it’s random.
maybe i’m wrong, but i see the final shape as death to all and perfect unity to everything when nothing exist
