Recombination on the kinetics works because getting elemental primary (or any elemental thing) final blows gives the kinetic more damage
If recombination stacks it will be stupid good on Commander, Siegebreaker or Thundercrash Titans.
As long as the guns have perks unique to the raid and does not get added to world drops ,new content or vendors I'm happy with it
