  1. They've already lost my loyalty. I'm not buying anymore expansions, at least not anytime soon. I keep checking in on YouTube to see if anything is announced that would get me hyped but still nothing. It sucks. This franchise use to be my absolute favorite pass time. I've been playing since D1 launch. It's just become a stale grind. The mystery and awe surrounding it has fizzled out.

  2. Isn’t the bulk of the money going toward story ie playing through story? I know the stories r short and quickly forgotten and the focus in this vid seems to be on the end game activities and loot but I just wanted to highlight the story element. I don’t think u could do anything on the moon if you didn’t buy shadowkeep as an example so I would presume you can’t do any missions or story etc on europa if u don’t buy the dlc so that is a lot of value is it not, or worth some money should I say?

  3. If I were to spend 50, I would expect that much content. Orginal D2 had a decent amount of content for 60. I would be expecting about 10 less of content with the new dlc and the season pass. But in my heart I know that is not going to happen.
    I presume that beyond light will be a small dlc like shadowkeep but sold for 10 more for no reason. And then the same season pass bullshit with nothing to offer.

  4. The game is still giving me mixed feelings, I’m just going to wait and see before I buy the dlc. I quit the game for a few months so my gear score is at 1005. Since I’m already in a bad spot for destiny already I think I’ll have a bad time progressing through the game. I know from the hardcore view bungie shouldn’t increase the soft cap on gear too much so newer players can instantly max out but from a casual view why should I pay for a dlc when I’m locked out of the content until a few weeks later, technically bungie delays some content so more people have time to reach the required gear score but for I’m almost 60 below the max. I want to play destiny 2 again but grinding the gear score is boring. The weekly challenges are mostly play this mode 3 times. There is usually other content that’s more challenging but that’s usually the stuff the has multiple levels and that’s where I might the limit because I’m too low of a gear score to play. Maybe this won’t be a problem depending on how bungie handles it but as a returning player I find it difficult to return unless I have a strong love for the game.

  6. As far as 'Season of the Outlaw' content;
    I would argue that season's content would be the first cycle of the Dreaming City, unveiling secrets & unlocking map areas in one instance, right?
    (I didn't pay, play or watch – but Google pushed news articles in my feed)
