  1. We demand more content with less loading screens. We want more and more powerful weapons and also balance. We don't want Destiny 3. We want better Destiny 2 with the same engine. We don't want Activision. We want Bungie to do what Activision did without them. We want more for less money. We want, we want, Whaaaaah….. Destiny content creators have a long history of trying to kill the game. Welcome to the club.

  2. stasis was a mistake and a waste of dev time, image if they put all the time making stasis into making a new 10 or 12 man pve activity, and a new pvp mode for beyond light. If they go down the path of doing little nerfs to each stasis ability it will take all the way until witch queen in order to get stasis balanced, cause there is a giant laundry list of changes they need to be made once the shatterdive nerf go through.

  3. I miss the variety in destiny. we used to had menagerie, strikes, good amount of pvp and gambit maps.
But now this game feels so stale, not just activities and map, but weapons
I go to crucible, I see "samey" weapons and loot.
I go to gambit, see "samey" loadout and loot.
destiny desperately needs something to feel fresh again

  4. Literally I agree with every single word youenyion in this video, I have already quitted destiny 2 because I don't enjoy it anymore, pvp two tap is very annoying, stasis I don't like but is acceptable because you can do the same you receive with this subclasses, but not with weapons, I dunno why they removed true prophecy, is fine with ppls who have it but if you don't have it??? You can't two tap and is frustrating because the things must be balanced, it's OK if you play free but what with the ppl that always have payed to play the new content, Bungie is very behind what players want, they must have fixed things before the new season because as me there are hundreds of players who left the game. They make me laugh when I hear the next season we will be bringing this but they dont realize there are thing must be fixed for yesterday is late

  5. They need to bring back everything that was removed, as well as making it so we can craft ALL legendary gear. When I unlock something, I want full access to it. As for sunsetting; what the hell is up with that? They should never have done that. What they should be working on more is simply network maintenance and dealing with all the cheaters. Those two things are more important in my opinion. I haven't done pvp specificly in over a year, and barely touch gambit because of that. Btw, some weapons from past one time events aren't sunsetted. But if they do, I'm quiting destiny for good

  6. If we compare the amount of content in terms of guns of “Beyond Light” and what is know as the worst expansion in Destiny history “Curse of Osiris” Beyond light has less guns than Curse and it’s not every by two or three guns. It’s by a lot.

  7. I slightly disagree with you. I think Bungie cares about Destiny because they're using it as a bank account for Matter. Do they care about the players? Not sure. Do they care about the game itself? Probably no longer. Do they care about the money it brings in? Hell yes. That's why we're in the situation we're in.

Bungie bailed on Activision only to become it. And giving it to a third-party studio to run will only cement that fact.

  8. They need to fire Luke and promote Joe Blackburn onto Luke's position. I am so disappointed with the wreckage of a game we have to suffer day after day. I'm subbed to you bcuz I agree 100% with your fact based opinions !

  9. At this point the community should just come together to boycott the game until they do what they promised and bungie makes the game enjoyable again. There was no reason to vault more than half the game because of "file size" when other games are bigger and have more content/replayable content. They're doing all these things to give us less for them to have more. Some people have been paying 70 or more for collectors things too plus "deluxe edition" and its sad because more than likely they feel skimped and the community as a whole does as well. Its time guardians.

  10. The fact that you need mods to turn your character properly or to throw a grenade properly, when in D1 the mechanics were built in to basic gameplay, is indicative to Bungie’s user experience. It has become a game about handicapping your experience to funnel you into the preordained play-styles in order to stay relevant in the current versions released. Why improve upon previously released content when it can be tarnished or dismantled to make the new content look shiny and desirable? Stasis was built this way, meta weapons are designed this way. It’s easier to monitor and tweak the few bits of data being utilized the most if you give incentive for that data to be used over everything else. This develops incentive to purchase current content to stay relevant. Which is just fine for sales, but sh*ts on the people who have spent years and hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars on game content they can no longer experience.

  11. The thing is that I bought the deluxe edition right? For me, Beyond Light has so much shit for me to do that I feel completely overwhelmed! But I’m also doing all the season stuff as well. Right now, I’m enjoying the hell ot of the game right? But it’s true; I’m playing the game for the quests, not the loot. The GLORY this game can have is insane but lord almighty, the loot is absolutely DREADFUL (just like the pvp, Christ. I thank god I’m a pve dude cause crucible is literally pain)

The next season will dictate if this game really makes a comeback… or never comes back

  12. Didn’t bungie say that they were holding back content to make the game last longer? Like, they COULDVE released everything at launch but they didn’t to make sure that there was content to spare? I dunno but they sure should’ve released more at launch. I hope the next season fixes this!

  13. Saint, why don't we talk about some changes that could be made along with some other people. Maybe change or give resources to people? Discord is Syrinium#7699 if you would like to speak about it.

  14. It’s on life support to support an MVP that brings in revenue to underwrite the Matter IP. I don’t think Bungie has the ability (or will) to fundamentally improve D2 to the level the community expects. After four years there are core system things they haven’t improved or reworked, they aren’t going to start now.

  15. I swear, if I hear one more "it's covid times" or "They don't have enough resources" excuse for the trash state this game is in again, I'm gonna go crazy, they make 100s of millions of dollars yearly off this game alone. they are a AAA studio and it's about time people held them accountable to that standard. there is no reason beyond light launched as is other than greed and pure laziness.

  16. I think there's a problem when toxic league of legends is less stressful for me to play and put hours into than destiny right now. I mean not even in a like demanding stress. It's just so much of a husk that the mere fact I'm wishing for so much more and see so much potential(especially in the lore. I'm a huge lore fan) and yet nothing has really been given recently. I mean I just kinda left the game at this point after I was so disappointed by beyond light. I can't keep committing to a game that feels like it's on life support. I mean it's like trying to sustain a beach house that is literally eroding by the minute(wierd analogy, but whatever)

  17. Too many times I have spent money on weapon ornaments and now the weapons I spent money on and grinded for are sunset seems to me bungie has no respect for their players or their amazing one of a kind game feels they are intentionally killing the game or atleast it seems that way

  18. Simplist answer based on my experience is that bungie is trying so hard to be fortnite, the introduction of micro transactions and paid seasons in video games have been nothing short of a bad idea. The more we as gamers are ok with this model, the more it continues. Just because it works for some doesn't mean it works for all.

Look at it like this, in 10 years I don't see myself ever picking D2 back up for nostalgic purposes like I constantly do for halo and the like.

I miss SRL, best fun I've had in pvp.
