Rampage doesn't ever get touched? Pretty sure they nerfed it back in Shadowkeep, right? The only gun that still has old-school Rampage damage now is Huckleberry. Unless I'm mistaken, but I'm pretty sure it got nerfed same time as all the other damage perks got hit.
