They should re work elemental capacitor and add a benefit for stasis subclasses.
They updated elemental capacitor, that number actually shows the stats with the bonus. If you switch subclasses it will change visually now

Lmao this ain’t a god roll, elemental capacitor and a reload masterwork are far from a god roll . It’s good, but that’s it. A god roll means every single perk is the best there can be for the weapon & the masterwork is the best one for the weapon

I got one rolled with one of the new perks (also after completing that mission). I forgo what the perk was called, but it essentially gives ability energy for each kill, and even more energy if you already have some abilities charged. It's pretty nice.

I got one with surplus and elemental capacitor with a stability masterwork! I masterworked it right after using it because the stability is absolutely perfect. I thought I was the only one who got excited about this pulse rifle
Firmly planted is busted on pulses. Combine that wit rangefinder and you can fight snipers with a "mid" range rifle.

Mine came with the new perks Surplus and Wellspring. The two perks work really well together. Also, The new rocket launcher I got came with Ambitious Assassin. I can confirm that it loads two rockets in the mag when it the perk procs. It's awesome
A lot of the new weapons have the similar anesthetics to the super good advice from D1, Hopefully they bring it back.
