Looks like a good gun.
I got one with Outlaw and Elemental Cap. Haven't used it in PvP yet.
It is one of the few weapons that can roll with Adrenaline Junkie & Demolitionist which would be a nice interaction in PVE
Why wouldn't you want Arrowhead Brake? It makes the recoil perfect without any mods being needed. Also are you saying no hip-fire based on MnK or Controller? I've been rolling icarus grip on an arrowhead brake, ricochet rounds, snapshot, KC roll and it's been great for mid range on MnK with hip fire.
