Destiny 2 Beyond Light Harbinger Hunt the Emissaries Get to the Reservoir Outside. Once the hero find the entrance in the Exotic Bird of Prey quest to start the Harbinger quest, then the first step is to get to the Emissary of Savathun to hunt the Emissaries.
This is the way to get to the outside of the Reservoir from the Harbinger quest start point.
