  1. I love that's it's more exclusive to the hard-core player base , finally something that sets the difference in experience and playing ability… it's a game … bungie isn't making it impossible it's just making it hard !!!

  2. I would like to remind everyone that this is the first week they are out…. If you aren't 1325 yet, I don't think you are too worried about doing them the first week. I played very casually and work more than full time and I was able to easily get them there. Just takes planning and prioritization to get there. If you can't complete one gm nightfall by the end of the season you aren't focused on it and therefore should not have access to the loot. If you want the adept weapons and mods, do the work like the rest of us and enjoy it. It's why we play destiny. Not to have loot given to us, but to earn it.

  3. I think GM Nightfalls are in a good spot. Especially when it has been on the road map and the selection screen with the release date and recommended power lvl. I started the season shooting to get to 1325 by March 16th, so I can run them. Most of these people complaining probably don't even play that much. It is not that hard to lvl up. If anything the weapon drop needs to guaranteed, like going flawless you are guarantee to get the weapon. GM Nightfall you are not. At the same time I agree with needing to add more.

  4. End Game activities aren't designed for casual players. These are for the grinders who want the challenge that doesn't exist in other activities. GM Nightfalls are the ultimate team challenge against the hardest enemies. They aren't made to just run one time and be done, it requires running multiple runs to figure out team weapon selections, mods, and strategies. It requires time and work, the rewards justify the effort. They are like running a raid for the first time. No one wants to be able to fly through a raid not knowing how to run it and be able to complete it. If you can't complete a GM you need to work harder and put in the time. If your not high enough level then complete the pinnacles every week until you are. Nothing more satisfying in Destiny then completing the Gm's other than maybe completing a raid for the first time. Bungie don't change a thing with GM's!

  5. I love your idea, been doing gm's since Arrivals but how would this look for the LFG scene? Many people who want to do these might not be able to put together a team bc some might find discouraged to take them through due to them being so low leveled

  6. I completely agree, like even though I grind quite a bit throughout the week I still have school and stuff, so I almost never can make it to Grandmaster level by the end of each season. That said, even when I can sweat to the needed level my friends usually aren't there yet (or are deterred by the fact that they would get abused by buff dregs every 2 seconds). Personally, I think Bungie should just add like a "cheat day" for high level content where game modes like trials and grandmasters are match made and/or the light cap is decreased for more casual players to get in on the action, even if only for a single day.

  7. For goodness sake it's an easy fix. Make the highest- end gear for end-level activities, but put matchmaking in everything. Yes, even trials. Then, at least all us solo players can at least have a go.

  8. Forget about that, who has an infinite amount of time to grind up to 1350 its ridiculous. So it leaves average or even intermediate players with limited time each season don't get to play them

  9. Man, I mean the crawl to 1325 is really really hard. If you don't play every raid and every dungeon every week then there is no way you're gonna get there in the next couple of weeks. I totally agree with him and it should be more accessible to everyone cause this is really starting to wear me down as well.

  10. I dont totally agree with your statements.. I think gm nightfall loot should be this hard to obtain because you have to play pve to level up so you can enter the gm in the first place. You dont only spend ours in the game but you aquire skill on how to survive and stay alive. I think the accesibility of gm loot is way easier then getting flawless trials loot. Therefor i think trials adept loot should be more accesible, but thats another topic. I do agree about making different versions of activities and suitable loot with it so everyone on every skill and playlevel should have enough to chase. I’m looking forward to adept dungeon and raid loot! 👌🏻 It’s good you make people think about these topics and i hope it reaches bungie as well.. 👊🏻💪🏻

  11. Adept weapons are made for the best, not the average or below average player, they can get normal Nightfall exclusive weapons and if they can't get into a GM that's on them, we all know this game is in it's majority not made for casuals.
Stop complaining, nothing comes for free, and all the loot is not meant to be given away just like that, I agree that the cap should be lowered, but that's already gonna happen next season, I don't get it.

  12. I work 12 and a half hours a day Monday-Saturday that's 75 hours a week and I easily hit 1325 I'm currently at 1327 I have 3 kids I spend time with as well I don't see how people struggle to get to light lvl to do the GM nightfall it caps out at 1325 anyway because of contest modifier so that's all you need

  13. I think these casual players need to just actually play the game it’s dumb to complain about this. Casuals are what ruin this game and why this game hasn’t ever had a dlc that we can admire everything about.
