I do feel as if I have outdone myself this time. I was paroozing my exotics when I noticed this pretty little thing just hanging out.
This is one of my favorite builds when it comes to simplicity, by combing pure synergy we will gain the Ultimate neutral game cooldowns for both pvp and pve with out Titans! Grab your crayons and come along for the ride!

Great video, I run something very similar, but instead of the Monte Carlo I’m running deafening whisper with ambitious assassin and wellspring which clears adds really fast while recharging any of my abilities that need it

Personally for the weapons I would go heritage, gnawing hunger, and Lament
