  1. So…. I understand most people don't think the D1 tower is going to be rebuilt. BUT, this cutscene literally shows it completely repaired and there are now cranes around the tower repairing it that weren't there before and in all the promo art the tower is repaired. SO…. I really hope the old tower will be coming back, I miss the PA lol.
