Load times on PS5 seem a little bit faster already when running the PS4 version of Destiny 2 on the PS5. Here you can see it takes me roughly 1 minute and 40 seconds to go from starting the game to landed in the Tower.

Bungie has said that they will release the PS5 version of Destiny 2 on December 8th. This will include the following enhancements:
* Faster load times
* 60 frames-per-second
* 4K resolution
* Slider for Field of View
