Lakshmi-2 broadcasts to the Last City that she will do what must be done for the betterment of humanity: banish the Eliksni through the Vex Network with her device and Osiris’ guidance. As the Kid is about to rush to the Eliksni quarters to stop the crazed Exo, Lakshmi begins yelling as she’s overwhelmed by Vex forces. Guardians are called to assist the containment efforts, as this is the first time Vex have ever been in the walls!
