I farm all my catalyst at Alter of Sorrows. You get waves of hive thralls
Thanks for posting this, I'm around 50% done with the Vex portion, so knowing all I have to do is grind out kills gives me some relief.

Last wish, right before suro chi, you can go into the sign room and teleport to the checkpoint.
Shuro chi cp of last wish is a great place to do catalysts. And if your doing a heavy weapon you have a rally flag
