Destiny 2 Beyond Light Find Champions Get to Circle of Bones. Part of the Let Loose Thy Talons quest to get Hawkmoon. The penultimate step in this quest is to find and defeat champions.
The first champion is in the Gatehouse on the Moon. Then get from the Gatehouse to the far end of the Circle of Bones on the right, and use the Riptide to defeat the Champion in 1 attack. Each champion is equivalent to 3 percent progress on the bar.
Just in case the hero misses the champion with the Riptide sword, the hero is carrying the Dawning Glacioclasm on the back, and also the No Time to March pulse with anti-barrier mod.
