  1. Full cross play will suck because on pc they have faster load time and basically no recoil so imagine bein a console player and going against them also in doing so hackers will now be more common for console players to encounter

  2. Every so often I check back in to see how Destiny is doing; waiting for that post-Activision miracle, but every time I check in I realize that Activision wasn't the problem.

It looks like basically the exact same game it was 2 years ago.

  3. Most importantly, before you buy you must know…
The light level will slightly increase, people will take time off work to be end game ready for the raid reveal.
Between all the youtubers and content creators- everything to find and do within the expansion will be blown right open and discovered within the first few weeks.
As the bubble of excitement pops over the new content, and people start to burn out and peeter of again the destiny community will return to its toxic ways of bagging the dlc and harshly comparing it to The Taken king from Destiny 1 as with each expansion for this franchise.
Then the next content drought will start again- and continue just long enough for the community to start throbbing again at what ever the next CGI trailer bungie tease out in another 3-6 months time.
    And the cycle will continue.

  4. forsaken was an actual dlc expansion and good. beyond light is a dlc (content not played quality unknown) being wrongly called a expansion when in reality they are not adding but changing the type of content and at the same time are removing nearly 70 percent of existing content they are literally charging players to remove content they already paid for i.e the opposite of an expansion.

  5. This sucks. I quite literally just started playing Destiny 2 last week since I got quarantined and a friend of mine said he’d play with me. I’ve gotten so excited having my joy for the game reinvigorated after falling in love with Destiny 1 when it first came out. Now all of these stories are going to be taken out and they are bringing back Destiny 1 stuff? Most unfortunate I have missed out on the Destiny 2 experience. Should have just made a Destiny 3 if they are doing this.

  6. Other than the subclasses and the story missions which aren’t usually very good, everything else from Beyond Light is free. Even the strike is going to be free. Don’t really see the point of buying it now.

  7. I can only say one thing that you should know before you buy Beyond light just like many of the DLCs and expansions from the last three years don't keep your expectations High. I seen too many people who keeps their expectations high they become over hype just because of content and then they cry over disappointment.

  9. The only thing I want to know is how long it will be. The dlcs for this game so far have been laughable and a waste of money (don't even get me started on the season garbage). I don't want to pay for a full triple A title and get another shadowkeep debacle. It seems we are being asked to pay to take away our content we paid for already because they can't find a way to fix their matchmaking system.
