FOR THIS BUILD, we’re basically taking an old build for stasis and making 10x better due to new mods and a new aspect that FINALLY allows hunters to have more than 2 fragment slots. This build gives stasis hunters constant abilities that have absolutely insane recharge rate, but I fully believe that as of now, this is the best stasis hunter build in Destiny 2 Beyond Light | Season of the Chosen
