Can You Beat Destiny 2 Lightless (Part 2): BEYOND LIGHT

No Abilities, No Double Jumps and No Revives. Rylee Reloaded returns to do the magnum opus of challenge runs. This time in Destiny I’m doing the lightless run from the beginning of Shadowkeep all the way to the end of the Witch Queen. This time we take on Beyond Light.

Dragon wanted me to let everyone know that Beyond Light is about abusing an eliskni harem and I haven’t been the same since I’ve learned this knowledge. But I’mma keep blasting with the nerf gun glicky pop pop. Last part of their quote:

” Also, I’m contractly obligated as the leader of Satou Tribe to insult Rylee’s shader preference so…
House Meyrin? More like Hose My Ring, gottem, they’re never going to recover from that.””

  1. So here's what I gathered, this is a totally accurate description of the campaign:
The Eliksni has discovered an ancient dangerous power called crystal Meth, but that's not all! The Kell of Kells is unlike any other, it's a WOMAN! An Eliksni anomaly unlike anything we've seen before!

Anyway jokes aside, Variks steals some of that Meth to sell it so he can buy some Genshin Impact characters and art for his own addiction. Eramis goes to Variks to tell him he should work on his addiction, Variks says she should work on hers, she didn't like that. We save Variks from the imprisonment and death. He tells us that Eramis became too high on meth and has gone insane so we have to kill all of her friends and turn her in for rehabilitation.

We reopen communication but then an Egyptian chilling in a Pyramid beckons us to take drugs. We get contacted by the CIA agent Elsie Bray who tells us that drugs are bad and we're going to war on drugs. Anyway that's why she gives us drugs.

We get to Variks again and he tells us about Phylaks, who's a Twitch streamer and we have to impress her fans enough to donate her money and demand our death. We do so by the classic act of random violence and committing war crimes just as God intended. Phylaks got enough Twitch donations to send us her IP address so we turn her into a meme as one should.

Next up Variks tells us to go after Praksis, he's not that important, but he refuses to give Variks a credit card so he can buy Ganyu fanart from Genshin, as a result he will tragically die of natural lead poisoning. It turns out Praksis is just Jesse Pinkman trying to make enough money so he can pay off his taxes before the IRS kill him. Unfortunately for him, we ARE the IRS, so he must cease to be.

Eramis loses her shit and thinks Necromancy is kinda cool, Kridis tells her that she may have taken a bit too much meth. Eramis, in her infinite wisdom and Kellship, says "nah" and decides to turn us all into a meme by opening the a Vex portal that would vocode us into Gangsta's Paradise, a true Nightmare fuel.

It was at this moment Variks just admitted that she was too deep into the Rabbit's meth hole and now has to die. We go after her and fight her, she throws meth at us and tells us she's actually from California, explains a lot. Unfortunately, we have embraced the Meth but it also doesn't do anything because we got no light. But luckily Eramis OD'd so much, she literally turned into a pillar of Meth! Truly Biblical!

Oh yeah Kridis came over, made a pose, then died. The End.

  2. The "flat ground" rule only applies to normal difficulty things.
Higher difficulties just multiply all incoming damage, so like if someone in normal does 1 damage then it would do like 5 damage in higher difficulty.
Since in normal "flat ground" leaves you on crit, with the multiplier you just evaporate.
Hate to see so much time go down the drain cuz it that.

  3. I honestly love these videos! The concept of a lightless guardian is so interesting! And i love the voice actress! She gives it her all and with so much feeling! Its like shes not even reading of a script!
But watching this makes me want to do a revers of this of your Lightless Titan!

Like, can i beat Destiny 2 with only the Light. Because it would be hilarious if my guardian couldn't use weapons because hes terrible with them

  4. Since you’re redoing beyond light, I don’t think you need to use salvation’s grip against eramis’s lieutenants. There are legendary stasis kinetic and heavy weapons as well as exotics like Ager’s scepter and cryostesia. You’re already suffering, you don’t need to be doing damage with a utility weapon on top of being lightless.

  5. I feel like lightless run should be able to use the Darkness. Its able to be used by Elsie and shes not even a guardian, so stasis should be used, maybe limit it to melee’s or something

  6. In-Game not having any sort of power, light or dark, but everyone saying “hone your powers” really reminds me of Cars 2 when Mater tells everyone “I’m not a spy” and everyone’s like “Yeah, sure your aren’t”

  7. I feel like you should be allowed to double jump cause like, in universe they have the tech to make robot people so they should be able to retrofit your ass with some rocket boots.

  8. You are impervious to fall damage by landing on flat ground, yes. But what you landed on wasn't flat, and light level actually matters. On legendary, fall damage will kill you, even if you land on flat ground.
My advice? Swing your sword before you hit the ground, it cancels fall damage
