  1. I'm getting mixed info. Your video states that Rampage duration is 3.5 seconds and with the Rampage Spec Mod, the perk lasts 4.5 seconds. Is this true? Other forums and chats state it as a 3 second buff extending to 4 seconds with the mod. Your video in particular is interesting because it is the most recent with regard to evaluating the perk in the latest season of Destiny 2, Season of the Hunt and Season of the Chosen.
