  1. I will always be annoyed that when they first revealed Beyond Light, they totally took the wind from its sails to hype up Witch Queen.

    Beyond Light and Lightfall have the same feeling to me: an expansion to stall for the actual important one.

  2. I fully went into Beyond Light expecting that using “Darkness” would be a defining point for our Guardian. A line being drawn that affects everything else in game for you as the player. Remember when we could choose the help Drifter or the Vanguard?(I forget which season…Season of the Drifter?). I hated the approach of “Darkness isn’t bad it’s how you choose to use it.”

  3. I agree with you on the DSC/Clovis/Exo lore. I still go back and reread those lore entries because they're so well done. I wish so much of Ana and Elsie's conversations didn't feel as much like I was eavesdropping on a group therapy session about how much of a dick Grandpa was, but overall it was the best scifi to come out of Destiny possibly for its entire run.
