Definitely the threat detector roll, substinence is nice on some weapons, but a 900 rpm smg will get only 2-4 bullet return per kill making it almost useless. Reload masterwork is great for both as you can pair with 1 smg loader mod for even faster kill clip proc. Threat detector will also almost always be active and gives really good buffs while near enemies. I dont believe in "god rolls" I believe every weapon has potential. Anytime I get a weapon I base it off of my own ability and not the structure of the weapon. My honest opinion is use whatever you are more comfortable using and/or which one you personally find more enjoyable. Some of my most used weapons have rolls non specific rolls towards pve nor pve, and still perform as they would be expected to. If u get a gun with a bad roll, look at it as the weapon and try it out, you may enjoy it more than yould expect to. Majority of the people who play this game spend the entirety of the time they play chasing god rolled weapons and armor, when doing good relys on skill level and not how fast they can pull out their shotgun. Sorry for the rant lol
