  1. My biggest problems with Destiny were lack of end-game and the ridiculous grind. I would like more diversity of quests, more upgrades/customization on your speeder and weapons, more diversity in enemies, etc. Also, the enemy AI is TERRIBLE! Enemies always use the same pathing, attacks, and "tactics" (if they can be called that). The combat feels stale.

  3. Played D1 and D2 religiously, and quit Destiny oh… 6 months ago? I got the beyond light expansion and within 3 hours I realized why I stopped playing. It’s a second full time job and reeks of FOMO still.

    And Westie, for someone who’s never played D2, you sure sound like you know a lot of it. Not really feeling the script but hey at least you admitted Bungo funded you.

    GG to all you that still love and play D2. I don’t hate on anyone for playing what they like.

  16. I quit destiny due to the addiction I had with this game, I used to play it hundreds of hours. The down side starting over is to find skilled players friends to play the most satisfying part of this game that are the challenging raids, without that raids this game gets boring soon.

  20. As a d2 player, I can say that the disadvantage of a new player is being able to play raids. Reason is because the lfg community is pretty toxic nowadays compare to d1 days. In d1, if you know how to do a raid by watching a tutorial, everyone will accept you, but they’ll still kick you out if you keep messing up which understandable. In d2, everyone looks for a player with multiple completions. For example, most of lfg look for players with 15-20+ completions which is absurd because players who are new or came back to the game are left out.
