Scouts are low key slaying right now. Royal Chase on paper looks like it should suck, but I'll 100% vouch that it far exceeds it's numbers, and I dont know why, but its so clean.
Wait I deleted the good roll 😅😅😅 I chose high impact, zen moment (I'm on console so this makes it a laser for me) and then back up mag which actually I think is better for console players ( I also got redirection and killing wind on my other roll of scout)
people complaining abt it being a raid weapon confuse me so much. Like are we forgetting abt mountaintop and recluse?

At least you can get the raid weapons if you get a team and put in the effort unlike a certain shotgun that has no counterpart
Haven't used surplus much at all. Does anyone know if having two grenades, dodges or melee does that further increase the bonuses or is it just locked for one bonus per ability?

Yo aztecross, I'm pretty sure theres the possibility of this having a three tap if the stars align. I'm not sure how safe buffing in crucible works fully and what cancels out, but I'm pretty sure that with charged with light and the stasis damage boost fragments are both around 20% boosts roughly. I don't have the friends to test this with. But I would like to see if it's even possible.

I have a surplus, high impact reserved trustee with a reload masterwork.
i have a shit ton of weapons, but a lot of people like my raid hand cannon it has reconstruction with opening shot and a range masterwork.
Got a Trustee with surplus+wellspring AND a stability masterwork. It has NO recoil!
I know we're talking about pvp here, but trust me this thing is a beast in high-end pve, I did a master empire hunt at 1262 light level right after I tropped this monster of a scout rifle. Pair it with my warlock build, which basically grants me ability energy every 5 seconds and bam!
