Last time I checked Rampage was bugged on Deafening Whisper so it doesn’t add any extra damage. Unless it’s been patched. So I went for ambitious and wellspring

Trying to get use to 120 handcannons. Got the steady hand with swash, moving target, ricochet rounds, steadyhand sight, range masterwork! Feels great, better than my snipers 😂
Ugh, two of your list are PvP, since Bungle does do skill match, us new players have zero chance of getting those.
For #2… Blinding Grenades on Truthteller are incredibly strong, they're great in high-level pve content because they get ads off your back for 3-4 seconds as long as they aren't champions or stronger.

I dig this video, you did a great job. I would just argue with your analysis of steady hand. QD/Iron Grip is probably the best bet for general pvp, swashbuckler rolls are good for 6's but only if you're good enough to get a few stacks of it rolling. I have a KW/Swash roll that is my favorite 6's gun, but certain rolls with iron grip can be crazy. I have one that is 71 range 71 stability and there has not ever been another 120 that can do that, which is why I think Steady Hand specializes in consistency rather than burst dmg from a dmg perk.
Ambitious assassin is ssoooo good on deafening whisper dont sleep on it, you get 2 in the mag after u reload when u you get 1 kill with it! And disruption break on stars and shadow is a must if your doing end game pve but as always great vid mano!!

I think for pvp the best Steady Hand is fastdraw, ricochet, quickdraw, and iron grip. Quickdraw and iron grip eliminate the gun’s inherent weaknesses as a 120, making it an incredibly consistent hand cannon. Reload solutions are plentiful in the current sandbox to mitigate it’s only weakness.

I had NOO IDEA True Prophecy literally got stripped out of the pool, so I wanted to see if I had any and I found 2 in my vault, 1 with steady hand, appended mag, rangefinder, explosive payload with a range MW, an the other one with Steadyhand, accurized rounds, rangefinder and Timed payload with a stability MW. Dawg I literally wanted to cry on how surprised I was with these :’)
For truth teller, I think blind grenades are good especially for nightfalls like glassway. My friend saved my ass so many times when we were doing GM by blinding those wyverns, just something to think about

Did you say you want a stability stat that's a multiple of 15? Are you referring to how recoil direction should end with a 5?
