Exotic sniper idea #2: heavy anti tank sniper rifle with iron sights and a 1 round mag. It either does extra damage to shields or bypasses them entirely. Could possibly have explosive payload, and maybe do extra damage the more health an enemy has. It’s hard to compensate the mechanics with perks to make it not suck, while not making it OP.
