What’s your controller sens and do you use kontrol freeks (on standard dual sense, tracking you got a custom)? Recently switched to ps5 from pc and haven’t played on controller since D1.

Don't have them yet. I've been using the Synthoceps. I use Rally barricade and a High impact pulse rifle (Cold Denial/Stars in Shadow) with high stability. Avoid closed rooms and corners and start melting heads. Try freezing me now, you (Wow, YouTube now censors comments. Just wow)!
Cammy cakes runs a citan ramparts build he has a video on it he made end of last season showing it off. Very effective.

After doing a couple lighthouse runs last weekend, I was trying to tell the boys sentinel is meta. Counter play is crucial on this subclass.

I would highly recommend a 120 kinetic and the fighting lion/other gernade launchers if you use Citan's Ramparts.

If banner shield wasn’t so weak against stasis, I would still be rocking my og build in season of the worthy. I ran Anonymous Autumn and Revoker+ Citan’s
That moment when you have been using sentinel like this before beyond light. You can still take advantage of your melee its just more of a support type play style. For example you get rushed by a random hunter, you decide to either bait them into a situation where you can suppress them and go for the melee or you coordinate with your team mate who is using stasis to freeze them and then you punch them while giving everyone an over-shield. I am a gamma type player, I know im a disgrace to the titan race but hey its gotten me this far.

As a Bubble main/only since forever, Ive just moved on to other games, sadly. Haven't played D2 crucible for a while now, been playing other games on PS5 instead and having more fun, avoiding getting annoyed when I want to play a subclass I want, and not one Bungie forces me to play.
I completely disagree that running light based subclasses puts you at a disadvantage. I still mostly run light based subclasses in pvp and I can go toe to toe with a stasis subclass on a regular basis. I think it's all in your playstyle and your tactics.

You're welcome everybody. I've been rocking this in pvp for 2 weeks now. And it doesn't need to be a sentinel subclass. Just use the wall and you're good to go. I run stasis with this and you can throw your glacial grenade throw the wall and then slide at it as well
DFP, how do you feel about the other Sentinel trees? Don’t think I’ve ever seen you on Code of the aggressor or commander.

Great video and content is always. On this one I really appreciate the fact that you use your own strength and shortcomings and to really laying out the potential here obviously for this play style broken down in such a way that focusing on the strengths really opens up the door .
Great example I hate the long game however I can see rocking this to get my sniper kill to get my little emblem knocked out for adored not to mention talk and some of the clan mates into 6 man and some bubble Titans in Iron Banner. These mixed with some Helms of Saint 14😁

Citan’s and a non-Defender subclass? Wow. I think 2 of the 7 Seals just opened. Lol TBH, it’s sad that it’s become “necessary”. Almost every Light-based subclass is at a disadvantage now. Sad times.
If you play hunter middle tree arc strider seems to be the only decent stasis counter for that class
