  1. Hmmm, my arrival’s armor allows me to get season of dawn mods like powerful friends on it. It says it doesn’t include it and it didn’t initially, but early in the season after a reset my arrivals armor set allowed me to attach dawn mods. Don’t know how or why.

  2. If anyone has time on their hands with destiny 2 (which we pretty much all do since beyond light is pushed to November.) I'd recommend just getting triple element for Last Wish, Garden Of Salvation, and Worthy armor. That way your sets for a good long while if you mess around with multiple weapons types and if your resource rich just masterwork them. You can go get triple element with arrival armor but I don't really care about warmind mods too much on them so ima wait for that beyond light sets to show up.

  3. Thanks to the comment section for pointing this out! You can slot Season of Dawn mods on Season of Arrivals ARMOR! So Season of Arrivals can slot two seasons backward. This is more than likely in anticipation of Beyond Light and will make it so Arrivals armor can not slot Beyond Light (Y4) mods! SO ARRIVALS ARMOR IS REALLY REALLY GOOD. SO if you want to ditch your Worthy set and go for an arc Arrivals set then do so!

  4. One of the best destiny videos i've seen! This is going to help me a lot right now preparing for future content. Ive been trying to farm mods lately before the sunset and this video is perfect to know what armor i need for these mods going forward

  5. Actually, this is what Ive been doing lately and preparing myself for the next DLC. I wanted to start completely fresh and take weapons and good stat armor that I play with the most into Beyond Light. Hows your vault looking?

  6. Swim trunks and life jacket is my new armor, a kayak my sparrow, a paddle my new weapon, the lake my planet. This game has forced me to start living instead of wasting any more time on this thieving game, actually having fun now.

  7. Pretty comprehensive and mostly in line with my inventory, but what's up with those janky numbers? Lots of 7s 8s in the 1s line. Shoulda found better pieces that totalled 0s,1s, 2s instead of being hypnotized by those high base numbers. What good is a 68 roll if I end up with 98 in a category. Ill take that 58 all day if it wastes less points in the end.

  8. Came here from your DIM video needing a good clean-out of my armor stash. You certainly did not disappoint. Love your take on keeping just what is needed and it has opened more than 150 slots in my vault. Can't thank you enough for the well thought-out explanation about the what and the why. Now, I don't fear those stacks and stack of umbral engrams and my postmaster is much, much happier.

  9. Hey, do you anticipate that Levi gear will be able to take Shadowkeep/undying mods in Beyond Light? Conscious that there's a chance mod slots will be come yearly not season+/-, so in that case levi may not be able to take any relevant mods as isn't it technically Y1?

  10. YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG. The global reach mod cost 1 energy causes warmind cells to drop (honestly i think most do now) and gives massive range to the AOE damage from the explosion whether LoS or not. That's 3 energy you can easily save to put towards other mods like recovery or intellect. In most cases some one is going to destroy your cell be it intentionally or by AoE. In non-solo/open world activities power of rasputin becomes antiquated. I dont think global reach increases the DMG res/buff distance of the other mods.
Other than that you got some pretty good info for new players. I don't see a new player going for a shattered throne solo anytime soon.

  11. The fact that you need an old armor piece for an old mod is a joke. Bungie should just let us equip mods on armor from any season. The system is confusing enough already and it’s stuff like this that stops new players from getting involved…because they need to study a degree in D2 armor mods to actually be good at end game content

  12. I know the vid states it and why. But, can you put add a comment stating exactly which armor set and from which season it comes from to focus on? It would be nice to just see a list.

  13. This video was awesome. Really clear, therefore really helpful. I love it that you show (on screen) what you talk about, so that even if we don't know the name of the mod you are talking about, we still see which one you mean.
Again, that will help me finalize my vault clean up.
    You have my sub.
