Meteorite needs to crit at least one of her enhanced attacks on the top drone. Very likely that she does from my experience, only failed due to no crits hitting top drone 2 in 20 runs. Meteorite usually has 2 chances to crit with an enhanced attack on this drone and can have more if her crit rng was good enough on the bottom drone.
