I like armamentarium alongside the arm mod that gives grenade energy on melee hits, being that you break crystals for the little collectable shards for melee energy, ends up a decent little cycle of melee and grenades. That said I play my warlock a lot more so take my opinion with a grain of salt
Just started using Titan since Beyond Light. I have been using Armamentariam with Behemoth in Iron Banner and it has been real successful. I would be even crazy enough to say it counters Shatterdive if you're fast enough. If you can mix shields or damage resistance with the build, you will have a very mobile tank damage dealer in PVP
I think exotics like this are a safe bet, not bad and not awesome either. Recently been using Dunemarchers and I have a hard time taking them off, don't think I'll do it for these.
It'd be nice to see comparison between d 1 and d2.

Heh. I rarely use a Titan in Crucible but after playing IB on my Hunter and Warlock….and just CUSSING Stasis through most of it, I thought why not just get it done and dusted on all 3 classes, it can't get any worse, right?. I have to say its been a revelation for me. I was using Armamentariums (purely because I know nothing about Titan Exotics and didn't know what else to use).
You know what? I actually giggled to myself a few times. Its the first time in a long time I've had so much fun in Crucible. I'm not saying I was playing like a God or anything but when I DID make a play, I must have looked like The Joker the grin on my chops was so wide.

Don't go nowhere without my armamentarium. If I want to keep my melee up I run Monte Carlo. I run sunbreaker simply because of the burn damage. The tick damage is my way of tracking without feeling cheesy. Though incendiary grenades aren't as deadly as d1's they are very helpful helping to predict where the enemy is headed when hit..
