  1. Nice to be back. Yes I know much of this discussion is negated by the "Quickdraw Glitch", but even then that takes some sort of specific button combination and isn't technically as free – as much as I think it needs to be addressed. Sorry for potential background noise in the last gameplay from stream (although I don't think it interrupts or is noticeable on my end?). Thanks for watching.

  2. I don’t think QuickDraw was the issue. The combination of qd and opening shot is too strong. They should’ve replaced opening shot with a different perk but kept qd on astral and felwinters with the handling bonus removed.

  3. LOL Ophidian Aspect + 2x Shotgun Dexterity Mods + 2x Shotgun Targeting Mods (for ADS speed), + Quick Charge

    Quick Charge has a secondary perk that greatly increases the ready speed of 4 weapon types including shotguns. This is an arc mod.

  4. I have crossplay between xbox and psn, whenever I need to get higher light gear at the start of the season or reach legend, I get on my Xbox. It's more fun and less sweaty, I can only imagine how it'll feel coming from pc pvp

  5. While this is true I do not think this was the issue. Felwinters will still have slideshot and opening shot so people would rather ape than swap their weapons around. Also I don’t think quickcharge actually works? I don’t notice a difference lol

  6. I've been using a full choke, assault mag, threat detector, snapshot, range mw toil and trouble and it feels pretty good. Like you mentioned though it definitely has less range than something with opening shot. I've also got a surplus/opening shot astral which feels a bit better due to the range.

    And finally I saved a rifled/corkscrew, accurized, surplus, celerity, handling mw astral that would have 60-70 handling after the celerity change.

  7. Glad your better Brother, I got a Kidney infection and my Doctor told me to throw out all of my Energy drinks and my Gamer drink. He told me after drinking those for 1 year, they can take 5 years off your life. So fk that I am back to water and water…

When Astral came out and I couldn’t land a good roll for a while, I farmed out a Max handling Imperial Decree with Barrel Shroud + Assault Mag + Threat Detector + Snapshot + Handling MW, just for fun. Too bad sunsetting keeps it in Quickplay only now, would have been a good time for it to shine.

  9. I could tell Drewsky was on Xbox cause I faced him about 6 or 7 times within the past few weeks. Came close a lotta times but man you’re crazy with multimach man 🤣

  10. Yea my main issue is snipers. I’ve been absolutely in love with my QD + Opening Shot Far Future which just took a massive hit. On top of that, the viable rolls for the impossible to get Frozen Orbit just got narrower. I understand the need to fix Quickdraw, but it’s devastating to an outlier like a 90 rpm sniper that CANT roll snapshot. Wouldn’t be as big of a hit if the sunsetting mistake never happened….

  11. My problem with the nerf is that it does practically nothing to hunters and warlocks. Hunters can use dragon shadow (which already is my favorite hunter exotic), which has better handling than just QuickDraw. Warlocks can use ophidian aspect + 1 shotgun targeting mod (which you are already likely running if you’re shotgunning), and it ends up being better than QuickDraw. Titans have no way to get around it. There is no possible way for Titans to get QuickDraw-like handling besides using the hotswap glitch, but that’s something that takes practice to get used to and only the top players can reliably pull it off whenever needed.

    Felwinters and astral will still be the tip top, and still be the most used by a mile. All that this nerf does is nerf Titans. As someone who mains titan and hunter, I’m either going to have to use a worse shotgun on my titan (probably the seraph) or swap to my hunter now and lose practically nothing (in fact, I can just keep using what I like). There is no trade off if two classes can completely negate the nerf with next to no effort, while missing out on very little. I mean, warlock’s top tree dawn is still gonna be fast even if the warlock isn’t using transverse steps. This nerf was not well thought out on its affects; the weapons is sought to nerf will still be the best of shotguns.

  12. My quickdraw (soon to be surplus) elemental capacitor astral might be really nice, only caveat is having to use arc for that handling bump. Shame I'm addicted to bakris though lol

  13. Removing QuickDraw WILL NOT solve the issue. The main/most annoying part about aggressive frame shotguns is their RANGE. It always has been since mindbender’s ambition and aggressive frames will remain dominant and superior than other shotguns till Bungie nerfs the range.
    Pellet spread shotguns should have their range capped at 3-4 meters and fusion range needs to be nerfed too.
    Bungie nerfed the only skillful special weapon type, snipers and neutered rapid fire frame completely.
    Either make everything trash like how rapid fire frame shotguns and sniper, 180 hand cannons or light weight pulses are so that everything is equal OR BUFF EVERYTHING THATS TRASH.
    Revert the pvp nerfs so many weapons received in the past so that they can complete in the present. MAGNIFICENT HOWL, MASTER OF ARMS, double body 140 snipers, ace of spades. The list goes on but you get my point.
    Bungie’s method of balancing sandbox is trash and they keep nerfing stuff and adding new broken things. It’s always just a handful of things that’s competitive.

I still think that all shotguns need a range nerf and that all special weapons need need the special ammo economy the be nerfed you should not be able to get max reserves for your shotgun you should spawn in with 2ammo and only be able to pick up 1ammo no maser how any bricks the person you killed had
