This is trickier than the original method but it works just as well.

Text instructions:
1. In airlock right before the pikes, get on your sparrow.
2. When the door opens, quickly move your sparrow just outside of the door.
3. Then jump off your sparrow back into the airlock before the door closes.
4. Hold interact button and wait for the door to open. If you time it right and the sparrow is positioned close enough, you’ll get onto your sparrow and be immune to frostbite.

Protip: Bring a grenade launcher in case you get locked out of the airlock and need to respawn before it.
