Destiny 2 Beyond Light – The Lament vs All Dungeon Boss Fights Solo / Lament Exotic Sword vs Solo Shattered Throne Dungeon / Lament vs Solo Pit of Heresy Dungeon / Lament vs Solo Prophecy Dungeon. Just a quick video showing a compilation of how Lament performs on all dungeon boss fights in the game currently. Details and timestamps below.

Originally I thought that Lament was going to be great for all of these and make quick work of them. Instead, it turns out it’s actually pretty terrible for the most part. A lot of these bosses it ends up going for the airborne combo instead of the ground combo, which drastically reduces the damage from the heavy attack. So unfortunately it ends up being a pretty subpar option when compared to other Swords to do these. If it consistently did the ground combo it would be pretty great, but currently it’s just wildly inconsistent with the attack combo and the tracking of the heavy attack.

I cut all of these to just be the damage phase for each of the bosses to save time. All of them can be one phased with the sword, except for Kell Echo which I did in two phases. Kell Echo is probably possible to one phase with a proper strategy and every single attack actually functioning as it’s meant to. But for that boss you end up doing the airborne combo more often than not, so I just settled for the two phase on this video.
