I don't really talk about the raid because there is a VERY small group of people that play it early. Many players aren't ready or can't find a team. I'd prefer to discuss what is available now and for the majority of players
All I'm gonna say about Beyond Light is… there's a reason why I haven't bought it yet, and it's literally the only DLC(even as far back as D1) that I don't own
always come back to the mtashed channel because you’re og enough to have the communities respect but are honest with problems.
No one is going "woah whats this exotic that just dropped randomly" because at the start of every single season everyone opens up the exotic menu and checks everything assuming everything wasn't data mined or shown off months in advance which is usually what happens the exotic menu needs to fuck off honestly and we need to stop data mining every single god dam thing every single time we knew about FW lie like a month in advance this especially annoys me but good video I just had to say this
What does season of the hunt do for a beyond light review? They are clearly marketing and pricing them as two separate things.
I say right now it’s a solid 8/10 in terms of content. The supers though? Satisfaction 10/10 when you apply aspects and fragments. Although annoying. When all the content comes out I’m pretty sure beyond light will be an 8.5/10 or even maybe a 9/10 but that’ll be a stretch.
What they done with lost sectors they should implement more stuff like weapons and armor for solo players that can’t get raids teams etc to give them access to raid loot hopefully they won’t stop with just exotics. And with the planets we need some excitement and stuff to make us explore and find stuff. And the excitement factor isn’t there also when they adding reprised planets we needed 2 new planets instead of 1 and the cosmodrome. Let’s just hope they don’t change the stasis for pve because of pvp and just make the changes for pvp
PvE is ok. PvP sucks ass! And you got it backwards. Hunters are still the most ridiculously OP class in the game! They should call stacis for hunters Mac and cheese, because it is instant and easy. Go into Mayhem and 9 out of 10 times that you die will be from that stupid blue swirly shit that comes from who knows who and hangs around for ever! I can't stand crucible anymore! It used to be my favorite activity but now I hate it!

since D1 ive been saying the worst time to play destiny is right when a dlc launches and everything you have is now useless. the power grind hasnt improved hardly at all

Have only bought Season of the Drifter since Forsaken. Bungie has the competence and intellectual depth of an eight year old kid to tell stories. They only do eye candy .. like an eight year old.

When I told people this whole powerlevel thing is an absolute crap and that progression should be horizontal – grind for drops with better perks – while being at flat power or having a short power level grind, they told me that this is how Destiny has to be. That's it's a mandatory thing to have.
I wonder what his take is after the update to PvP, the raid, and post raid content…I’m loving it.

I have not had a single legendary drop worth a poop besides Adored (Beloved II). Not one piece of armor has dropped with a higher stat roll. None. I don’t play pvp. I’m bored and done. 1000+ hours, which were fun, but now, nothing. If it isn’t Destiny 3, it sure as hell isn’t Destiny 2. It’s Destiny 2.5.

Cool stuff. I got all characters at max constellation (except for mona, need 1 more), and almost all weapons max refined too. got 15m mora lol.

I really do like Beyond Light overall. And especially the whole choosing strikes, crucible, and gambit. Like I never touched crucible ever, only time I did was for a quest like for Thorn and it sucked not being good and getting kills so it took longer than normal. I do love how they made the game more difficult. It really is a little more difficult especially with the campaign, not like forsaken was easy mode, I never died in forsaken or Shadowkeep campaign but in this current campaign I died I can’t even count how many times. Only thing I didn’t like is that I had to grind to level up my power just to do the campaign. And so far just playing since Beyond Light came out ive gotten 3 catalysts for I can’t remember exactly which ones
In PvP when I play on xbox it says "double press B" and that’s to breakout. So if it’s double tap then why to I have to buttonmash it. I believe that it should literally be just that "double tap B" and then you break out. Not button mash the B button. I’m enjoying Beyond Light, mainly because it’s a little more difficult for me at this time because I’m still trying to level up, I only have a chance to play twice a week so I don’t grind out everything all week so it’ll help spread out content. That’s the way I’m looking at it. But I’m totally digging it, honestly it doesn’t take much for me to enjoy a game, only thing I found really annoying at the beginning of last season was grinding hounti4s and the only other thing that annoyed me was the powerful drop and pinnacle drops having to redo the same thing over and over again. I am a PvE main, I didn’t like to be forced into crucible
Ty for an honest non pandering outlook on the game. This is the first real review I have seen from any major content creator. Please continue to let bungie know that this is unacceptable to delete half or more of a game and then give us the beta of the cosmodrome and a re- skinned mars from D1 and pat themselves on the back. No new loot that is impactful and better or at least on par with our old gear. All of this and more like taking away so many activities and raids and strikes and not providing anything for our money that we gave them because they promised so much more to us.
