this is up there for the worst decision I have ever seen from Bungie. A one time playable mission with a rare drop chance reward, just plain dumb. And I will guarantee you that for the rest of the season, the content will just be farming this ship and then at the end: "Oh! Wow! A new cutscene! Man, don't you just love seasonal content?"

Ok, advice for everyone. Just wait for the update. They've stated it's supposed to be an extremely high drop rate. Instead of wasting your time infinitely farming the buggy encounter and HOPING to get the ship just wait and the first time you complete it after the update you'll get it. Granted if you wanted to farm this for whatever OTHER reason then go ahead but honestly it's a waste of time when you can wait for the guarantee'd drop in like a week.

Don't care about the farm so much, cause another ship is just meh. Actually enjoyed this mission more cause of how hard it was to do damage. felt like an actual boss fight, even though the mission itself was easy, even playing solo.
Just a random heads up I’ve been using a slug shotgun to one shot the blights it’s worked for me twice on two of my characters all the blights got one shot and I could progress through normally have fun let’s hope bungie fixes their problems

Lol I thought this was going to be a one and done thing but again, it's Bungie. I'm not farming over just one exotic ship. I've already got so many exotic ships, even dupes of the ones I already have. Not worth my time. Besides, it's Iron Banner week!
Why would anyone farm for it? Looks terrible IMO
Or you can just wait a week when bungie fixes it and not waste time on farming it.
People say per character, but I think they mean per class. You can't have 3 Warlocks and do stuff like this.
