So I bought BL twice, on Xbox first then got a pc and bought it on there. Someone explain to me why internal purchases aren't account wide. Finished this short ass campaign and didn't get this gun upon completion

I feel like at this point I've bought Destiny 2 about 5 fucking times. Also really makes it worth my money that they vaulted all the content I paid for and made the loot from said content unusable for future content. Now to get an exotic pulse rifle I'm expected to buy the game at full price yet again. No thanks.
