I haven't finished the quest yet, got 7 strikes to go, but I was able to pick the quest up on each character. I have only been doing strikes for my titan but my hunter and warlock are getting credit. Does that mean I can turn in the 3 and get three cyphers or I just get to turn in one?

I got one but don’t know what to use it on I don’t have shadow keep or forsaken so I can’t get any of those exotics and I have all the amour and weapons for the other dlcs so I don’t need them
