Note: If you want to go after a specific new exotic only go for the lost sector that drops the piece you want. It'll unlock the legendary version for that and WON'T ROTATE.
Source: Myself. I have only done one lost sector and it won't go away, and will not rotate. Gauntlets for warlock were yesterday but I can still do them today, because it is the only lost sector I did.

Since Legendary Lost Sectors are a thing again, you wouldn't happen to know if the Fourth Horseman catalyst can drop from these if you never got it during SotW would you?

I completed all of the lost sectors but I only have one that comes up as an option for legend difficulty. The other two still aren’t named.
How do I unlock it?
Do you need to complete the story line for that map to do them
so does the loot pool cycle too or is it oy the availability of the lost sectors

I have received an old chest piece exotic for both my Hunter and Warlock, the sixth coyote and wings of sacred dawn, both of which I have long since obtained. I have every single exotic armor piece pre beyond light. I am not certain if the game cheated me or not listening to you say that a beyond light exotic is what should drop if you obtain an exotic from the clear.
How to unlock them?
