Here’s a quick guide showing the location of the two ‘Europa Arms’ Stasis-locked chests in the Bray Exoscience and Eternity areas of Europa. You need to have your Stasis subclass unlocked to access the chests, and this will grant you the Arms armor for your character upon your return to Variks.
