For an additional piece of advice, you don't even need to complete the first story mission, simply leaving to the character select/going to orbit will allow you to just ignore the first mission and go straight to the farm.

Particular lost sector was working like a charm for me, 3 drops per run, 1:33 seconds per run.
Titan was done max in 30 minutes, now to grind season pass lol
