I agree on alot of them, just not on the DMT, better TTK, bigger magazine, easier 2 taps, easier going in and out of cover. to me its easily joint top 1

Saying bows are bad cause people can hide after the first shot is like saying hand cannons are bad cause people can hide from the 1st or 2nd shot I don't see the logic there, they aren't great sure but not for that reason
Messenger is very top tier of you get the right roll 100 recoil direction and one of the best kill perks in the game

Is there any way that you can with make tier list of perks for each weapon type (PvE and/or PvP).
I have a returning player after 2 years and would like to get up better understanding of the best perks in the game for different kinds of weapons.

3 igneous hammer
4 dead mans tales
5 arbalest
6 bottom dollar
7 crimson
8 last word
After this there aren’t as many OP weapons and it’s more of a preference but up to 8 they are really the best in this meta. The 120 is mostly a preference too but steady hand is most consistent
