Deafening Whisper is at best mediocre with rampage mostly because it's hard to squeeze another shot out, so even if it works, it's just hard to use Rampage unless you have groups of ads at the ready

I dismantled the Night Watch I got from Shaw Han due to already having one with Outlaw/Rampage 😂

They're removing the classic outlaw/rampage-esque combinations….without giving something equally enjoyable and efficient to use. Especially considering that a lot of the new weapons are low impact weapons that NEED damage perks.

Actium War Rig + Seventh Seraph SAW with Armor Piercing Rounds, Field Prep and Mulligan can shoot for days. Very much a solid add clearing weapon.
The Europa sidearm is pretty nice in my opinion. I had one roll with headseeker full auto (yea headseeker could be better) and it works well has a rank and file work horse
