This is a terrible how-to video
You can solo this but it’s tricky in the trash compactor. Be swift and you can do it. Just don’t die in the next fight or you end up in a nasty spawn trap that can only be fixed by leaving and starting over. Recommend special grenade launcher and rocket launcher combo. Bring whatever favorite primary weapon.

Fuck this quest. The boss keep glitching our And would magically appear and one hit me every time I respawned. Eventually just shut my whole console off.

ran the whole thing solo and came to a brick wall in the boss. Too damn difficult. I hate being punished for not having friends.
So I go into a strike this week, and shocker you get to a certain point about 40 percent through it and the door to advance simply won't open no matter what the strike team does…
But Bungle has time to program all this GARBAGE I certainly won't be enduring.
It's one thing to be a beta tester for Bungle, but these Strikes not being fixed after years is practically criminal.
Can this be done solo or is it intended to be done with a group of 3??

Somehow I got the mission with no idea how I got it so I went into it by myself without knowing where to go. Then three and a half hours later I got the scout rifle and when you’re not that good it’s hard.
Anyone know why this isn't working? Went there 5 times killed all the enemies and activated the thing and it doesn't drop it for me. I go to zavala and i get nothing.

Anyone who find this mission fun and have fun playing this just need to play portal or tomb raider or even uncharted. Cuz this mission is a B1tch and a half. I don’t need puzzle in my action game and this mission insists upon Itself, bungee is Fooling themselves that this game is anything but a dump action rpg. Janky movement system that best suited for action pvp and looter shooter.

I ‘activated’ the item but the quest didn’t start for me. Every time I try it doesn’t work.

Bungie really went all Half-life Alyx "get the flashlight" mission on this quest. I solo'ed it without knowing anything, was scary.

Took me 2 hours solo since i took my time killing the boss and add clearing with Sweet Business and actium war rig chest but i was able to get it done , real fun mission tho!

I just did this with 1259 power with arsenic bite and witherhoard and subzero salvo it took me right at 3 hours solo

Me goes to do it and drags my cousin through how to get the quest goes to zavala cant do it because i dont have the stupid season pass. 🤬
So damn pissed off… Soloed the mission, it shows complete in my triumphs, but at the end when you take the rifle from whatever the hell that junk is, it gave me a helmet instead of the weapon. And not a pinnacle drop.
I was doing the quest and heard cayde's voice saying "bring back some tales, Gardian."
