I've been doing rumble for the powerful randoms. You get fast valor ranks, cause it gives you a win streak at 3rd, 2nd and 1st. Plus the matches go by real quick. Im able to reset my valor every day
impressive and very useful. got invited to a good group and need to go 14 levels until im at 1230. This guide is gonna be a lifesaver.

Yeah you can do anything to level up past the soft cap? just like many YouTubers said at launch there is no statistical number of the drop rate for the random powerful reward drop separate from your milestones..
The drop rate is so unknown that you are better off to go into Wonderland and find the Mad Hatter you have a better chance of finding him than finding a random powerful drop in Destiny 2.
